But not my car or my house. Or me. We got hit hard here. Trees, power lines are down everywhere and we still don’t have power yet. Generators running all around us. One of the local airports I like to fly to got completely destroyed. Luckily, DAB is still functional.

Think of it like this... now you can see your neighbors better, and it’s easier to get to the stuff that was in the back of the shed.
But seriously, I’m glad the important stuff is ok. If the storm had wobbled a back to the west just a little, things would be much worse for so many people.
